Sharing information with Bright Horizons

Opting In to sharing information with Bright Horizons is required in order to participate in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP). Data shared includes employee ID, name, work email, and work related information necessary to administer the program.

Once Opt In is clicked, your eligibility for the ESP will be confirmed by RTX. This may take up to 24 hours. If successful, you will be automatically advanced to the program's Agreement screen the next time you attempt to sign on.

Laid off participants will be automatically opted out of the ESP once the laid off eligibility expires.
